RETURN POLICY

All items are shipped satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, you may return the item(s) for full credit or refund within 30 days of the order date (any items received after that time period will be refused and returned to you). Nature's Emporium must receive the package within the 30 days from the order date. Remember that some months have 31 days. We reserve the right to charge re-stocking fee. You will be responsible only for shipping charges (except for special order items since they were purchased by us for you they will be refunded at 50% of the web site price). Remember Nature's Emporium is not responsible for postage or shipping on returned items nor do we refund shipping charges (that's money all ready spend). The back of the packing slip/invoice has instructions and the address.

Please pack the items as they were shipped - either in the jewelry gift box and padded envelope or the bubble wrap, taped with lots of peanuts. Insure the package so if it is lost or damaged in shipping you can receive your money back.

There are no handling or processing fees.  For express delivery, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services are also available.

UPS does not deliver to APO or P.O. boxes.  Please provide a complete street address on the order form.  If using a rural route number, include the nearest cross street to ensure proper delivery.


SHIPPING METHOD

We use US Postal Service and UPS , with packages shipped daily, Monday thru Friday. Normally, packages are shipping within two business days. No COD shipments. If you do not receive your shipment within 10 to 14 business days, please email us using the email form. If you enter an incorrect shipping address that must be changed using UPS, there will be a $10.00 charge. UPS charges us for all address changes and sadly we must pass that charge to the customer.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express with our secure order processor. If you are not comfortable ordering on-line please call us at 1-253-826-0510 Mon thru Fri from 10 AM to 4PM Pacific Time. Again, sorry no COD orders.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Your credit card number is stored on the host's (Yahoo - yes the search engine people) secure computer for 30 days after you place an order and then deleted. If you place an order by telephone we keep a hard copy - which is stored in a locked file - of the number for 30 days and then it is shredded.

We do not sell or rent lists of customer's email addresses or any other information about our customers.

SHIPPING CHARGES

If you chose UPS ground, 2nd day, 3rd day or next day shipping, the actual shipping charges are added to your order total and are the exact charges based on the UPS shipping tables. We ship international and the shipping will be calculated at the time the order is processed. You will be notified as to the shipping charges prior to the order being shipped. All orders shipped the "our choice" will have a $5.00 shipping fee added to the order

If packages are returned to Nature's Emporium as refused or undeliverable your credit card will be charged for all shipping charges.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date (any items received after that time period will be refused and returned to you). Returns must be insured and shipped securely packaged and the items securely wrapped to prevent breakage. We are not responsible for shipping on returned items. Shipping charges will be be refunded as that is money already spend by us. We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee for excessive number of returns.

We do not sell or rent lists of customer's email addresses or any other information about our customers.

Environmentally Friendly

What does "environmentally friendly" mean? Our offices uses the maximum allowable green energy from the utility company and our heaviest electric usage is done in off-peak hours. All incoming cardbox is either re-used or recycled (you might even receive one of the re-used shipping boxes), when possible all computer paper copy/fax paper is purchased from recycled paper, all used paper is recycled even the paper we cross shred is recycled. The gift boxes used to package the jewelry are US made from recycled paper.

YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

The credit card information - card number and expiration date are stored for 30 days on a secure Yahoo server and then deleted.

Is purchasing on-line safe?

People hand their credit cards to complete strangers in restaurants who disappear with it into the a room somewhere for a period of time, give it over the phone to make hotel and travel reservations, and hand it to store clerks all the time and think nothing of it. Yet they are apprehensive about using it over the Internet on a SECURE mechanical system.

It boils down to this: the safety of your credit card is totally up to the honesty of the person who handles it. Are the store owners and employees on the Internet less honest than the store and restaurant people or the operator on the other end of the phone?

Fact is; it's probably safer to use your credit card on a Secure Server Internet processing system. There's less access to credit card information there than with the paper trail left in a store or restaurant. Only employees with PASSWORD clearance can view the information processed on the Yahoo! system. That's more than you can say for that piece of paper sitting near a cash register, or on someone’s desk.


Shipping charges valid for US order only. International orders shipping charges will be added at the time the order is processed. We offer UPS ground, UPS 3rd day, UPS 2nd Day, UPS next day shipping at the actual cost of shipping. We also offer a flat rate of $5.00 on orders delivered within the US except for large geodes but we will chose the shipping method.
