Jojoba Bean

100% pure Jojoba bean oil (actually it is a liquid wax). The Jojoba offered is the purest, safest and most verstatile prodcut. Our oil contains only the expeller pressed extract of jojoba seeds - nothing is added. It is a liquid wax ester similar to the restorative esters our skin produces. Consequently our jojoba is entirely compatible, non-allergenic and can be used by the most sensitive skin. Pure jojoba does not clog pores - it softens and conditions the skin and unlike moisturizes which do not penetrate, Jojoba goes to the germative layers of skin and mixes naturally with and augmenting our own skin fluids. Jojoba is 100% pure will not turn rancid or oxidize, has an indefinite shelf life, does not need to be refrigated and heat will not harm the wax (oil). Jojoba will not stain fabrics if spilled will wash out with hot water and soap.

Jojoba is often referred to as "jojoba oil". This is a mismomer. Pure jojoba is not an oil. This distinction is very important to understanding the character of jojoba. Oils contain fats called triglyceride, which are fragile and break down - meaning oil will go rancid. Pure jojoba does not contain triglycerides and will not go rancid.

Our jojoba is very light, non-occlusive first-press, golden in color and will absorb easily into the skin.
